Each year we raise money through various fundraising events such as the Christmas Santa Sleigh in order to pass this money back to the local community by funding requests from local groups and good causes. Here are some of our recent charitable donations.

If you are looking for funding for a local cause then please . We do stipulate that the funding must benefit the local community and we prefer to fund the purchasing of specific items or projects rather than funding running costs. Please note we are not a registered charity.

April 2008
A donation of £592 to buy a special adapted car seat for Oliver, a young Shrewsbury boy with physical disabilities.

A donation of £500 to the Jigsaw Community Choir.

March 2008
A donation of £390 to buy six flutes for the the Shrewsbury Air Cadets Marching Band. There is a press cutting in our Press Clippings section from about the presentation.

A donation of £150 to Belvidere School for their special performance of "Joseph" for Shrewsbury Senior Citizens.

August 2007
A donation of £272 to a sponsored cycle ride by Ted Barber, an ex-Tabler, for the County Air Ambulance.

February 2007
A donation of £400 towards a power adaptor for a wheelchair for a disabled woman living in Shrewsbury.

November 2006
A donation of £469 to buy equipment for the Shrewsbury Fibromyalgia Support Group.
